This small family run 17th Century former farmhouse, is situated near the riverbank of the River Wye less than a mile from the famous Tintern Abbey. In an area of outstanding natural beauty, the Parva Farmhouse Hotel is the ideal place to relax get away from your everyday stresses. <br /><br />The hotel oozes character and comfort, the residents' lounge has an honesty bar, Chesterfield Sofas and a log burner in winter. The restaurant, with its 12ft. inglenook fireplace, is cosy and intimate, and our a la carte evening menu is delicious and reasonably priced.<br /><br />Our 8 en-suite bedrooms are all well appointed and most have views of the river and valley.<br /><br />The area is ideal for walking with many paths, including the Wye Valley Path and the Offa's Dyke Path all nearby. Many golf courses nearby and Chepstow Race Course within 4 miles. We are also ideally located to explore the Forest of Dean, with its many attractions. The M48 is within 10 minutes drive with its links to major towns and cities.<br /><br />
