Rockpool cottage is in the village of Pennan, famous for the film local Hero, with Burt Lancaster. The cottage is a an old fishermens cottage, having been renovated to a high standard, but still holds a lot of the old charm
It has a cosy sitting room with log burning stove, it also has an oil burning aga, that runs the central heating and hot water. It has TV, DVD with a large selection of films and CD.
There is a galley kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave. There is also a dinning area. There is a utility shed with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs has a double en-suite bedroom, with bath and shower. There is an attic room that sleeps one, but is only suitable for children over 10 years old. There is an outside are to sit and watch the sea and the beautiful night skyes, Pennan is a truly wonderful place. We are open all year round, and prices start at £230per week in low season. We also do long weekend bookings and two day breaks.
