Because property photos need to be taken, rooms measured and details typed and sent to the vendors for their approval before being advertised. It's a fact! The best properties are often snapped up before being advertised or fully marketed. Can you afford to wait? <br><br>Q. Are you estate agents?<br>A. No. Estate Agents act for the seller which is why the unrepresented buyer is very exposed in the market. We act exclusively for the buyer to find and secure the best properties at the lowest possible price ahead of the competition.<br><br>Q. Don't estate agents also do this?<br>A. No. Estate agents fees are paid by the seller and they therefore act in the interests of the seller to gain the highest price for the properties they sell. Our services are paid for by the buyer and we negotiate to gain the best possible price for our clients. Interestingly, estate agents see us as a source of quality buyers and renters.<br><br>Q. How much do you charge?<br>A. Having previously worked in the property business in Scotland after leaving behind a respected Estate & letting Agents business she formed in England, she realised the need for an independent advisor to guide clients through the Scottish sales system and helping them to achieve their dream of relocating to Scotland and experience the beauty that Argyll has to offer. Julie has also been trained by ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and can use her expertise to guide you in the right direction in locating property to buy, rent or ‘buy to let' investment sourcing.<br><br>We do all the initial property research, leg work and pre-viewing, quickly reporting our findings back to you.
